Wandelen kan helpen om letterlijk en figuurlijk in beweging te komen. Terwijl we naast elkaar lopen, ontstaat er vaak meer ruimte om gedachten te laten stromen, dingen van een andere kant te bekijken en nieuw perspectief te ervaren.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De buitenlucht, het ritme van het lopen en de open omgeving werken vaak rustgevend en verhelderend. Tegelijk kies ik hier bewust het juiste moment voor. Wanneer er nog veel spanning of overprikkeling is, kan een rustige binnenruimte juist passender zijn.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daarom zetten we wandelen soms in als aanvulling binnen een traject \u2014 wanneer het helpend is voor jouw proces.
